SigtunaHem owns and manages 4,800 rental apartments in Sigtuna Municipality. We are a service company that offers attractive housing, and our operations are characterized by long-term thinking and sustainability. Our primary task is to develop safe and pleasant living environments with a high level of service. We build both rental apartments and condominiums, creating sustainable, vibrant, and well-functioning residential areas and neighborhoods.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible, together with our property managers, for operationally controlling and following up on maintenance to ensure that it is clean, tidy, and safe in SigtunaHem's residential areas. You will monitor the work performed by the main contractors for land maintenance and waste management by handling deviations from these agreements. You will support the property managers in their work regarding the maintenance of the company's green areas, parking lots, environmental houses, and playgrounds, ensuring that the company's resources are utilized in a way that optimizes efficiency and leads to the achievement of the company's set goals.

The work also includes customer contacts and handling customer inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have vocational training in green space management or equivalent knowledge with at least two years of work experience in the field.

You must hold a B driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle.
